You can pay rent fortnightly or monthly, depending on your preference. Rent covers all utilities, Wi-Fi, and fortnightly cleaning of common areas, with a $20.00 per week allocation.
Leases are a minimum of six (6) months and can extend to twelve (12) months. Each tenant will receive their own individual occupancy agreement.
While your rent includes a budget for bills, there may be rare occasions of excessive utility use that require a partial payment. This is infrequent if housemates are considerate and mindful of their power usage.
Property inspections are conducted 4 to 6 times a year.
We cover maintenance costs up to $250 at our expense, using certified and professional experts.
